Episode 11 with Sara Kuburic aka Millennial therapist
ON HOW TO ACCEPT AND LIVE IN THE GREY OF LIFE?
“Humanity hapens in the grey.”
In this episode I am talking to Sara Kuburic @millennial.therapist , a wonderful young woman that embodies strength, compassion, vulnerability and grace. This is a special conversation for me as we are both originally from the Balkans and we were both deeply impacted by the events of war each one in our own way. This episode touches on topics that are timely taken into account what is happening in Ukraine and the impact it has on all of us. Having both Ukrainian and Russian friends I really think we need as much compassion for our fellow humans as we can muster at the moment. This interview is a reminder of the scars that wars leave on our soul and a plea to stop the cycle of retraumatization. As @corymuscara would put it I believe that the world needs more minds that are equipped to be with the complexity of life. Minds that can hold nuance and polarity. Minds that can stay centred, grounded and open to the full range of what it means to be human. Sara is definitely one of those minds, and I invite you to find that capacity in yourself.
