My mission as a UKCP trainee therapist in London, is to empower individuals to prioritise self-care, set boundaries, and build healthy confidence.
We work on this by nurturing emotional regulation, and fostering connection with yourself and others in the context of the therapeutic relationship.
Therapy with me? It’s like a team science project. We’ll brainstorm, experiment, and troubleshoot together in a safe and emphatic space. I’ll be your trusty lab/project partner, minus the goggles and lab coat.

Who is Aleks?
My journey involves dancing through the realms of science, art, and the profound exploration of the human experience. I have worked as an oncology scientist for 15 years in world leading institutes and as a therapist in London.
At the heart of all my endeavors is an insatiable curiosity and the ability to ask good questions. This skill weaves through all of my being and doing creating a space for exploration and discovery.
Embarking on this path hasn’t been without struggles and challenges of my own. Living in five different countries, experiencing the traumatic scars of war, and navigating the dissolution of loving relationships—each trial has been a teacher.
Yet, I’m here driven by my love of life and a commitment to embrace every breath anew.

How long are the psychotherapy sessions?

How can I schedule a psychotherapy session?
You can schedule a session by clicking on this link. The first meeting is 20min and it is aimed at understanding how can we work together.
Where will the sessions take place and do I need to prepare somehow?
The sessions will take a place online on Skype and Zoom platforms. The only preparation you need is to make sure you have a stable internet connection and a space you feel comfortable in.
Are we just going to talk?
No. I work as an integrative therapist. My approach to therapy is versatile and includes somatic practices, art therapy, mindfulness, creative writing, experimentation, nervous system regulation and inner child work.
How long are we going to work together?
I suggest to start with a pack of 10 sessions to see how well we fit together and decide if we want to transition into long term therapy.
What can I hope to get out of our sessions?
The main results my clients often highlight are – a stable self-confidence resulting from a changed self-image, willingness to experiment and take more risks, a softer and more gentle inner dialogue, and healthy boundaries, which guide them on the path to authenticity, courage, healthy relationships, and healthier version of success.
